    Face front.  L Arms (focus R).  Weight on R.  R Double Hip Bump.

    Turn ¼ turn left to face left wall.  Weight on L.  L Arms (focus L).  L Double Hip Bump.

    Turn ¼ turn left  to face back.  Weight on R.  L Arms (focus R).  R Double Hip Bump.

    Turn ¼ turn left to face right wall.  Weight on L.  L Arms (focus L).  L Double Hip Bump.
