Arabic Twist  

   Base Move(s):  Hip Twist, Pelvis Drop, Pelvis Lift

      
      

    Start with weight primarily on L.

    Rock weight forward on R while executing Arabic and then replace weight on back L.

    Rock weight back on R while twisting R hip back, side, front.

    Repeat full set.

    

Tip: movement can be done stationary and traveling
