Araby Push 

   

    Start with arms in Modified T.

    Rotate R arm so palm is facing up.  Bend elbow. (R arm in offering.)

    L bend elbow with palm facing down.  Maintain arm at shoulder height.

Tip: R/L can be reversed to opposite directions
