Arm Sway 

   
     

Overhead

    Arms up at sides, slight bend in elbows, palms face in.

    Softly sway both arms R to L.  Allow wrists to follow through.

 

Mid-Body

    Arms out in front, slight bend in elbows, palms face in.

    Softly sway both arms from R to L and allow wrists to follow through.

 

Down Low

    Arms down at side, slight bend in elbows, palms face in.

    Softly sway both arms from R to L and allow wrists to follow through.
