   AKA: Arm Swing

   
         

Visualize: imagine drawing large circles on the ceiling with your fingers.

 

Clockwise

    Arms up at side, slight bend in elbows, palms face in.

    Swing arms right.

    Swing arms back.

    Swing arms left.

    Swing arms front.

    Repeat.

 

Counterclockwise

    Arms up at side, slight bend in elbows, palms face in.

    Swing arms left.

    Swing arms back.

    Swing arms right.

    Swing arms front.

    Repeat.
