SL-BHA Shoulder Movement
Bhangra Bounce
• Lift R and L shoulder up (NOT into ear).
• Drop R and L shoulder to neutral.
• Repeat.
Tip: looks best when done VERY quickly; Tip: ribs and hips should remain still; Tip: try to keep shoulders/neck relaxed
