Bhangra Bounce  

    

    

    Lift R and L shoulder up (NOT into ear).

    Drop R and L shoulder to neutral.

    Repeat.

    

Tip: looks best when done VERY quickly; Tip: ribs and hips should remain still; Tip: try to keep shoulders/neck relaxed
