the more bend in L knee, the bigger the movement

Arm Position: L
arm up on L side of head with R arm down and framed around hip
•
Place R foot in
point with all weight on L.
•
Drop R hip down.
•
Twist R hip
forward (maintain drop).
•
Lift R hip up
(maintain forward position).
•
Twist R hip back
to center (maintain lift).
•
Drop R hip to
neutral/center.
•
Make it smooth and
repeat.
