Bicycle Hip Alternate 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Drop, Hip Lift, Hip Twist 

      

      

Tip: movement can be done stationary or traveling

       

Travel Back

Tip: Use Bicycle Hip Back

   

    Start with feet centered, weight primarily on L.

    Drop R hip down (shift weight onto R).

    Twist R hip forward (maintain drop).

    Lift R hip up (maintain forward position).

    Twist R hip back to center (maintain lift).

    Drop R hip to neutral/center.

    Drop L hip down (shift weight onto L).

    Twist L hip forward (maintain drop).

    Lift L hip up (maintain forward position).

    Twist L hip back to center (maintain lift).

    Drop L hip to neutral/center.

    Make it smooth and repeat.

        

Travel Forward

Tip: Use Bicycle Hip Forward

   

    Start with feet centered, weight primarily on L.

    Drop R hip down (shift weight onto R).

    Twist R hip back (maintain drop).

    Lift R hip up (maintain back position).

    Twist R hip forward to center (maintain lift).

    Drop R hip to neutral/center.

    Drop L hip down (shift weight onto L).

    Twist L hip back (maintain drop).

    Lift L hip up (maintain back position).

    Twist L hip forward to center (maintain lift).

    Drop L hip to neutral/center.

    Make it smooth and repeat full set.
