Choo Choo 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Lift

        
        

Tip: move is basically the same as a pivot bump, except the movement travels to the side, rather than in a circle

     

Tip: in Fat Chance ATS the movement is ONLY done to the R

     

Travel R

   L Arm (focus R)

    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Simultaneously release R oblique to return R hip to neutral and travel fraction of a step to R.

    Repeat full set.

        

Travel L

    L Arm (focus L)

    Place L foot in point with all weight on R.

    Squeeze L oblique to lift L hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return L hip to neutral and travel fraction of a step to L.

    Repeat full set.
