Base Move(s): Hip Circle, Rib Rotation
Counter Clockwise
• Slide hips R, rotate forward.
• As you rotate hips L, slide ribs R.
• As you rotate hips to center, rotate ribs forward.
• Rotate ribs L.
• Return ribs center.
Clockwise
• Slide hips L, rotate forward.
• As you rotate hips R, slide ribs L.
• Rotate ribs R.
