when done with just one arm it is ARM
SWEEP.

Begin with arms
Rounded Framing Hips.
•
Keeping arms at
hip level, pull arms in to center and cross at wrists.
•
Keeping arms at
vertical center of body, pull arms up to overhead while maintaining cross
at wrists.
•
Once overhead,
uncross wrists and float arms down on each side of body.
(Start with palms facing in then up.
Once you reach shoulder level, change to palms down then in.)
