Double Hip Lift 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Lift

    

    

    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Squeeze R oblique tighter to lift R hip higher.

    Release R oblique to return R hip to neutral.

    Repeat.

           

Tip: foot in point can be to front, side, or back of body to create different lines and varieties
