centered and in heels.

Take tiny R step
forward as you drop R hip.
•
Take tiny L step
forward as you drop L hip.
•
Repeat.
Once
Learned...
•
Remove step
forward and repeat quickly to
create the shimmy.
Tip:
emphasis is on the "down" and looks/feels sharper than Up/Down

when first learning this move, start slow then speed up as comfort level
increases and slow down as necessary
