Egyptian Basic 
   

    
    

    Start with arms straight overhead, palms facing in, slight bend at elbows.

    Point R foot forward and twist R hip forward.  Simultaneously, slightly pull back R arm.

    Return to center with feet and arms.

    Point L foot forward and twist L hip forward.  Simultaneously, slightly pull back L arm.

    Return to center with feet and arms.

            

Tip: in Fat Chance ATS the movement ALWAYS starts on the R and ends on the L
