   Base Move(s):  Hip Up, Hip Down

    

    Arm Position: Ra’s Crown (maintain throughout step)

    Start with weight centered, flat feet.

   

Right Side (Down Up-Up-Up, Down Up-Up)

    Step R to R side and drop R hip.

    Bring L foot together in relevé and release R hip to neutral.

    Step R to R side in relevé and lift R hip.

    Bring L foot together in relevé and lift L hip (release R hip to neutral).

    Step R to R side and drop R hip.

    Bring L foot together in relevé and release R hip to neutral.

    Step R to R side in relevé and lift R hip.

    

Pause (Change)

    Pause with both feet in relevé.

      

Left Side (Down Up-Up-Up, Down Up-Up)

    Step L to L side and drop L hip.

    Bring R foot together in relevé and release L hip to neutral.

    Step L to L side in relevé and lift L hip.

    Bring R foot together in relevé and lift R hip (release L hip to neutral).

    Step L to L side and drop L hip.

    Bring R foot together in relevé and release L hip to neutral.

    Step L to L side in relevé and lift L hip.
