Four-Count Turn 

Tip: movement is typically done in four counts

    

Continuously Travel R

    Start with weight centered.

    Cross L leg in front of R.

    Pivot on balls of feet (1/2 turn R) to face back.

    Touch R foot behind and turn (1/2 turn R) to face front.  End with weight on R.

    Touch L foot together.

    

Continuously Travel L

    Start with weight centered.

    Cross R leg in front of L.

    Pivot on balls of feet (1/2 turn L) to face back.

    Touch L foot behind and turn (1/2 turn L) to face front.  End with weight on L.

    Touch R foot together.
