Focus Right

Tip: this can be used when traveling to the R; look to the R side for more dramatic effect

   

    R arm is straight out to the R with palm facing down.  Slight bend in elbow.

    L arm is up on the L. Elbow bent with L hand resting at L temple (as if you’re so tired).

    Lift torso and slightly lean R.

    

      

Focus Left

Tip: this can be used when traveling to the L; look to the L side for more dramatic effect

  

    L arm is straight out to the front with palm facing down.  Slight bend in elbow.

    R arm is up on the R. Elbow bent with R hand resting at R temple (as if you’re so tired).

    Lift torso and slightly lean L.

    

      

Focus Right-Front

Tip: this can be used when propelled forward by a movement with the R hip/foot/leg

   

    R arm is straight out to the front with palm facing down.  Slight bend in elbow.

    L arm is up on the L. Elbow bent with L hand resting at L temple (as if you’re so tired).
