Focus Right
• Start with R arm straight out to the R.
• Bend R arm at elbow to lower R hand to R hip. Rest hand gently again hip.
• L arm is up on the L. Elbow bent with L hand slightly above/behind L ear.
Focus Left
• Start with L arm straight out to the L.
• Bend L arm at elbow to lower L hand to L hip. Rest hand gently against hip.
• R arm is up on the R. Elbow bent with R hand slightly above/behind R ear.
