Movement
can be done on R or L or simultaneously.

Start with R arm
position Half
T (palm down) and L arm down at side.
•
Begin curling
fingers away (from floor) while pulling them up slightly at the knuckles.
•
Release fingers back to center from knuckles down to fingertips.
•
Repeat.

movement can be done at hip,
rib, shoulder or head level
