Hip C Horizontal 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Slide, Hip Twist 

     

     

Tip: this is half of Snake Hips

Tip: hips should remain on the same vertical plane

      

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    R hip twist forward.

    Slide R hip to R side (front R diagonal).

    R hip twist back (back R diagonal).

    Slide R hip in to center (still twisted to back R diagonal).

    Untwist R hip to center.

    Repeat whole set continuously, smooth.

    

Reverse  

Tip: this is half of Snake Hips

    R hip twist back.

    Slide R hip to R side (back R diagonal).

    R hip twist forward (front R diagonal).

    Slide R hip in to center (still twisted to front R diagonal).

    Untwist R hip to center.
