Hip C Vertical 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Down, Hip Slide, Hip Up

     

    

Tip: for Tribal styling heels should remain on floor

    

Down

Tip: this is half of Maya

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    R hip up.

    Slide R hip to R side.

    R hip down.

    Slide R hip in to center (still in down position).

    Raise R hip to center.

    Repeat whole set continuously, smooth.

     

Up

Tip: this is half of Infinity

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    R hip down.

    Slide R hip to R side.

    R hip up.

    Slide R hip in to center (still in up position).

    Lower R hip to center.

    Repeat whole set continuously, smooth.
