Hip Crescent 

   AKA: Hip Circle Half

   Base Move(s): Hip Slide

    

    

Back

Tip: this is the back half of a Hip Circle

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    Slide R hip to R side and shift weight to R.

    Rotate hips to back (no booty pop).

    Slide L hip to L side and shift weight to L.

    Return to center.

       

Front

Tip: this is the front half of a Hip Circle

 

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    Slide R hip to R side and shift weight to R.

    Rotate hips to front (engage lower abs).

    Slide L hip to L side and shift weight to L.

    Return to center.
