HI-DOW                                                          Hip Movement

   

Hip Down 

     

     

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    Simultaneously bend R knee deeper while slightly releasing L knee to bring R hip down.

    Bend/release appropriate knees to return hips to neutral.

    Repeat.

     

Tip: this move is similar to the Hip Drop, except weight is centered

     

Tip: L hip goes up as R hip goes down
