HI-DWK                                                          Hip Movement

   

Hip Drop with Kick 

   Base Move(s): Hip Drop

    

    

•    Turn body to face front L diagonal (R side of body toward audience).

•    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

•    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip as you release your R foot from point to create a small “kick.”

•    Release L oblique to return R hip to neutral.

•    Repeat.

           

Tip: move can be done with 1/4 turns
