Hip Drop Ronde de Jambe 

   Base Move(s): Hip Drop, Ronde de Jambe

    

    

Tip: full set can be repeated on same side or rather than returning to center, step back and alternate to L side.

    

    With all weight on L, point R foot in front of body.

    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return R hip to neutral, point R foot to side of body.

    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return R hip to neutral, point R foot to back of body.

    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return R hip to neutral, return R foot to center.

    Repeat.

    

Reverse    

    With all weight on L, point R foot to back of body.

    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return R hip to neutral, point R foot to side of body.

    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return R hip to neutral, point R foot in front of body.

    Squeeze L oblique to drop R hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return R hip to neutral, return R foot to center.

    Repeat.
