point with all weight on L.

to lift R hip.

Release R oblique
to return R hip to neutral.

foot in point can be to front, side, or back of body to create different
lines and varieties

“bounce” is created when done quickly (keep head level)

movement looks great when the body is angled to the audience with the
moving hip facing the audience
