point with all weight on L.

Squeeze R oblique
to lift R hip.
•
Simultaneously
release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, change weight onto R, place
L foot in point.
•
Squeeze L oblique
to lift L hip.
•
Simultaneously
release L oblique to return L hip to neutral, change weight onto L, place
R foot in point.
•
Repeat whole set.
Tip:
movement may be done with or without a “small wiggle” during the
weight change
