Hip Lift Alternate

   Base Move(s):  Hip Lift

     

     

    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Simultaneously release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, change weight onto R, place L foot in point.

    Squeeze L oblique to lift L hip.

    Simultaneously release L oblique to return L hip to neutral, change weight onto L, place R foot in point.

    Repeat whole set.

          

Tip: movement may be done with or without a “small wiggle” during the weight change
