Hip Lift Front-Back  

   Base Move(s):  Hip Lift

    

    

    With all weight on L, point R foot in front of body.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Simultaneously release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, point R foot to back of body.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Simultaneously release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, return R foot to front of body.

    Repeat.
