to lift R hip.

Simultaneously
release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, point R foot to side of
body.

Squeeze R oblique
to lift R hip.
•
Simultaneously
release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, point R foot to back of
body.
•
Squeeze R oblique
to lift R hip.
•
Simultaneously
release R oblique to return R hip to neutral, return R foot to center.

Repeat.
