Hip Twist 

   

   

Tip: L hip twists one direction as R hip twists other direction

            

Back

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    While keeping feet grounded, chest still and maintaining same horizontal plane, twist R hip back.

    Repeat.

   

Forward

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    While keeping feet grounded, chest still and maintaining same horizontal plane, twist R hip forward.

    Untwist R hip to return to center.

    Repeat.
