Tip: L hip twists one direction as R hip twists other direction
Back
• Start with weight centered and in heels.
• While keeping feet grounded, chest still and maintaining same horizontal plane, twist R hip back.
• Repeat.
Forward
• While keeping feet grounded, chest still and maintaining same horizontal plane, twist R hip forward.
• Untwist R hip to return to center.
