HI-HUP                                                          Hip Movement

   

Hip Up 

     

     

    Start with weight centered and in heels.

    Simultaneously bend L knee deeper while slightly releasing R knee to bring R hip up.

    Bend/release appropriate knees to return hips to neutral.

    Repeat.

     

Tip: this move is similar to the Hip Lift, except weight is centered

    

Tip: L hip goes down as R hip goes up
