Infinity Walk  

   Base Move(s):  Hip Down, Hip Slide, Hip Up, Infinity

        
        

Tip: travel the direction of the hip doing the work

        

Travel R

    Start with weight primarily on L.

    Step R with lowering R hip down.

    Slide R hip to R side.

    Slide L foot in as raising R hip up.

    Transfer weight primarily on L as lowering R hip to center.

    Repeat.

        

Travel L

    Start with weight primarily on R.

    Step L with lowering L hip down.

    Slide L hip to L side.

    Slide R foot in as raising L hip up.

    Transfer weight primarily on R as lowering L hip to center.

    Repeat.
