AP-ITG Arm Position
Inverted Triangle
• Arms are in Triangle.
• Rotate arms so finger tips (and triangle point) are pointed toward the floor.
Tip: this position works nicely to maintain rib slides within your range of motion – work to keep your hands at the same place in space
