HI-ISI                                    Arm Movement

   

Isis Arms 

   AKA: Single Snake Arm

Movement can be done on R or L.  

  

    Place R arms out to R side with slight bend at elbow.  Place L arm up along L side with palm facing out.

    Raise R shoulder slightly up.

    Raise R elbow slightly up as you roll R shoulder back (maintain up position).

    Raise R wrist slightly up as you lower R elbow.

    Lower R wrist as you release your shoulder to neutral.

 

Tip: this is essentially the R side of Snake Arms
