Movement
can be done on R or L.

Place R arms out
to R side with slight bend at elbow.
Place L arm up along L side with palm facing out.

Raise R shoulder
slightly up.
•
Raise R elbow
slightly up as you roll R shoulder back (maintain up position).
•
Raise R wrist
slightly up as you lower R elbow.
•
Lower R wrist as
you release your shoulder to neutral.

this is essentially the R side of Snake
