AP-LAR Arm Position
L Arms
Focus Right
Tip: this can be used when traveling to the R; look to the R side for more dramatic effect
• R arm is straight out to the R with palm facing down.
• L arm is straight up on the L with palm facing in.
• Slightly bend elbows.
Focus Left
Tip: this can be used when traveling to the L; look to the L side for more dramatic effect
• L arm is straight out to the L with palm facing down.
• R arm is straight up on the R with palm facing in.
Focus Right-Front
Tip: this can be used when propelled forward by a movement with the R hip/foot/leg
• R arm is straight out to the front with palm facing down.
Focus Left-Front
Tip: this can be used when propelled forward by a movement with the L hip/foot/leg
• L arm is straight out to the front with palm facing down.
