AP-LAR                                     Arm Position

   

L Arms 

    

Focus Right

Tip: this can be used when traveling to the R; look to the R side for more dramatic effect

    

    R arm is straight out to the R with palm facing down.

    L arm is straight up on the L with palm facing in.

    Slightly bend elbows.

  

            

Focus Left

Tip: this can be used when traveling to the L; look to the L side for more dramatic effect

    

    L arm is straight out to the L with palm facing down.

    R arm is straight up on the R with palm facing in.

    Slightly bend elbows.

         

            

Focus Right-Front

Tip: this can be used when propelled forward by a movement with the R hip/foot/leg

    

    R arm is straight out to the front with palm facing down.

    L arm is straight up on the L with palm facing in.

    Slightly bend elbows.

     

            

Focus Left-Front

Tip: this can be used when propelled forward by a movement with the L hip/foot/leg

     

    L arm is straight out to the front with palm facing down.

    R arm is straight up on the R with palm facing in.
