Maya Walk 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Down, Hip Slide, Hip Up, Maya 

        
        

Tip: travel the direction of the hip doing the work  

   

Travel R

    Start with weight primarily on L.

    R hip up.

    Slide R hip to R side.

    R hip down (shift weight onto R-step R).

    Slide R hip in to center (still in down position) (shift weight onto L).

    Raise R hip to center.

    Repeat whole set continuously, smooth.

        

Travel L

    Start with weight primarily on R.

    L hip up.

    Slide L hip to L side.

    L hip down (shift weight onto L-step L).

    Slide L hip in to center (still in down position) (shift weight onto R).

    Raise L hip to center.

    Repeat whole set continuously, smooth.
