AP-MIS                                                  Arm Position

    

Mirror Single  

   

Focus Right   

    Start Rounded Framing Hips (center).  L arm will remain here.

    Raise R arm in front of body to rib level.  Maintain slight bend in elbow.

    Rotate R arm so elbow points to the floor and fingers point to the ceiling.

    R Palm faces in toward body.  Imagine your R hand is a mirror.

    Rotate at R shoulder but maintain arm position to put "mirror" on your R side.

      

Focus Left

    Start Rounded Framing Hips (center).  R arm will remain here.

    Raise L arm in front of body to rib level.  Maintain slight bend in elbow.

    Rotate L arm so elbow points to the floor and fingers point to the ceiling.

    L Palm faces in toward body.  Imagine your L hand is a mirror.

    Rotate at L shoulder but maintain arm position to put "mirror" on your L side.   

        

Focus Right-Front
