AP-MOD                                     Arm Position

   

Modified T 

     

    Shoulders are back and down with trapezoids engaged.

    Arms are straight out to R and L sides with palms facing floor.

    Slightly bend elbows to curve arms slightly forward.

    Elbows remain lifted.

     

Tip: this is the one of the most basic and common arm positions; holding arms in this will build up arm endurance and strength
