Place R and L arms
straight in front.
•
R wrist flexed so
hand is against air. L wrist relaxed so back of hand is against air.
•
Lower R arm down
while lifting L arm up.
•
Switch so R wrist
is relaxed and L wrist is flexed.
•
Raise R arm up
while lowering L arm down.
•
Switch so L wrist
is relaxed and R wrist is flexed.
•
Smooth out and
repeat.
