HI-PIV                                                          Hip Movement

   

Pivot Bump 

   Base Move(s):  Hip Lift

    

    

    Place R foot in point with all weight on L.

    Squeeze R oblique to lift R hip.

    Simultaneously release R oblique to return R hip to neutral and pivot 1/6 turn CCW.

    Continue hip lift with pivot until returned to front.

    

Tip: 1/6 turn can be done in 1/4, 1/8, etc.

Tip: CCW can be changed to CW
