RM-RDD                                                         Rib Movement

   

Rib Double Drop 

   Base Move(s):  Rib Drop

   

   

    Engage middle abs and release diaphragm to drop ribs.

    Engage further to drop ribs another notch.

    Engage upper abs to return to center.

    Repeat.

      

Visualize: imagine someone punching you in the diaphragm to create the drop

      

Tip: this will be a very small move when first learning

      

Tip: movement is NOT generated by shoulders, they are just along for the ride

      

Tip: movement can be done to the left front diagonal, center front diagonal, right front diagonal
