Rib Infinity 

   AKA: Rib Figure 8 Vertical

   Base Move(s):  Rib Slide

   

   

Tip: if ribs do not stay on the same vertical plane, make the movement smaller

     

    Keeping ribs on the same vertical plane, drop R rib down.

    Slide R rib to R side (maintain drop position).

    Lift R rib up (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus is on L rib in down diagonal.

    Lift L rib up (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus is on R rib in down diagonal

    Smooth out and repeat.

    

Reverse

    Keeping ribs on the same vertical plane, lift R rip up.

    Slide R rib to R side (maintain up position).

    Drop R rib down (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus is on L rib in up diagonal.

    Drop L rib down (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus is on R rib in up diagonal.

    Smooth out and repeat.
