Rib Lift 

   AKA: Chest List

   

   

    Engage upper abs and diaphragm to lift ribs.

    Release to return to center.

    Repeat.

     

Visualize: imagine someone pulling up on a string attached to your sternum

     

Tip: this will be a very small move when first learning

     

Tip: movement is NOT generated by shoulders, they are just along for the ride

     

Tip: movement can be done to the left front diagonal, center front diagonal, right front diagonal
