RM-PUS                                                         Rib Movement

   

Rib Push 

   AKA: Check Pop, Chest Thrust

   

   

    Keeping ribs on the same horizontal plane, engage trapezoids to push ribs forward.

    Release trapezoids to return to center.

    Repeat.

     

Visualize: imagine someone touching a piece of ice between your trapezoids

     

Tip: if ribs do not stay on the same horizontal plane, make the movement smaller
