RM-ROT                                                         Rib Movement

   

Rib Rotation 

   AKA:  Chest Circle, Rib Circle

   Base Move(s):  Rib Push, Rib Slide 

   

   

Tip: if ribs do not stay on the same horizontal plane, make the movement smaller

     

Tip: practice movements by holding a door frame to keep the rest of body still and silent

     

Counter Clockwise

    Keeping ribs on the same horizontal plane, slide ribs to R.

    Rotate ribs to front-center.

    Rotate ribs to L side.

    Rotate ribs back to center.

    Repeat.

    

Clockwise

    Keeping ribs on the same horizontal plane, slide ribs to L.

    Rotate ribs to front-center.

    Rotate ribs to R side.

    Rotate ribs back to center.

    Repeat.
