Rib Snake

   AKA: Rib Figure Eight Horizontal

   Base Move(s):  Rib Slide

   

   

Tip: if ribs do not stay on the same horizontal plane, make the movement smaller

   

    Keeping ribs on the same horizontal plane, twist R rib forward.

    Slide R rib to R side (maintain forward position).

    Twist R rib back (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus is on L rib in forward L diagonal.

    Twist L rib back (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus is on R rib in forward R diagonal.

    Smooth out and repeat.

    

Reverse

    Keeping ribs on the same horizontal plane, twist R rib back.

    Slide R rib to R side (maintain back position).

    Twist R rib forward (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus in on L rib in back L diagonal.

    Twist L rib forward (maintain side position).

    Slide ribs through center so focus is on R rib in back R diagonal.

    Smooth out and repeat.
