if ribs do not stay on the same horizontal plane, make the movement
smaller

Keeping ribs on
the same horizontal plane, twist R rib forward.
•
Slide R rib to R
side (maintain forward position).
•
Twist R rib back
(maintain side position).
•
Slide ribs through
center so focus is on L rib in forward L diagonal.
•
Twist L rib back
(maintain side position).
•
Slide ribs through
center so focus is on R rib in forward R diagonal.
•
Smooth
out and repeat.
