RM-UND                                                         Rib Movement

   

Rib Undulation

   AKA:  Chest Camel, Chest Ripple

   Base Move(s):  Rib Drop, Rib Lift, Rib Push

   

   

    Start with ribs in neutral.

    Slide ribs forward.

    Lift ribs up (maintain forward position).

    Slide ribs back to center (maintain lift).

    Drop ribs down to neutral.

    Make it smooth and repeat.  

   

Reverse

    Start with ribs in neutral.

    Slide ribs forward.

    Drop ribs down (maintain forward position).

    Slide ribs back to center (maintain drop).

    Lift ribs up to neutral.

    Make it smooth and repeat.
