Rock Step 

    

    

Forward

    Begin with weight centered.

    Rock forward (weight) onto R foot.

    Return weight to L foot.

    Return R foot center.

    Repeat.

    

Back

    Begin with weight centered.

    Rock back (weight) onto R foot (engage lower abdominal).

    Return weight to L foot.

    Return R foot center.
