• With all weight on L, point R foot to back of body.
• Slide foot around and point R foot to R side of body.
• Slide foot around and point R foot in front of body.
• Return R foot to center.
• Repeat.
Front
• With all weight on L, point R foot in front of body.
• Slide foot around and point R foot to back of body.
