AP-RFH Arm Position
Rounded Framing Hips
Tip: this is the one of the most basic and common arm position
Center
• Arms are straight down to R and L sides with palms facing in toward body.
• Slightly bend elbows to frame hips.
Right
• Rotate arms R (keeping torso facing front) so L is in front of R hip and R is behind R hip.
• Slightly bend elbows to frame R hip.
Left
• Rotate arms L (keeping torso facing front) so R is in front of L hip and L is behind L hip.
