Rounded Framing Hips 

           

Tip: this is the one of the most basic and common arm position

 

Center

    Arms are straight down to R and L sides with palms facing in toward body. 

    Slightly bend elbows to frame hips.

    

           

Right

    Arms are straight down to R and L sides with palms facing in toward body.

    Rotate arms R (keeping torso facing front) so L is in front of R hip and R is behind R hip.

    Slightly bend elbows to frame R hip.

    

           

Left

    Arms are straight down to R and L sides with palms facing in toward body.

    Rotate arms L (keeping torso facing front) so R is in front of L hip and L is behind L hip.

    Slightly bend elbows to frame hips.
